II. Payment
▸Payment can be made by cash, CashApp, or Zelle.
▸Initial Deposit: Covers the cost of shooting the video.
▸Final Payment: Must be received before the final video file is released to the client. This payment covers the cost of labor, edits, software, and video effects.
▸Shoots that require additional travel time will incur additional costs.
III. Time Frame
▸Average turnaround time is about two (2) weeks from when the video is shot. The timeline can vary depending on how long it takes the client to gather finalized materials (audio file, song title, lyrics, revisions, etc.) and pay the initial deposit. Depending on the queue and time of year, this timeline is subject to change.
▸Other timelines may be offered but require a discussion and confirmation with 503 Filmz in advance.
IV. Rates
▸The average cost of most projects is $230 including the deposit.
▸I can do budget/experimental packages that cost less than the average project price listed above. These projects require discussion and approval by 503 Filmz.
V. Communication
▸I can be reached by phone or Instagram. Please message me during standard business hours and I will try to get back to you as soon as possible.
▸Do not harass/spam me by phone or social media.
▸I send updates and previews when there is something to share.
▸Once the first draft is completed, I will send it to you for initial revisions and feedback. This is the time to discuss clips, specific cuts, and general themes. The final revision is reserved for smaller changes.
VI. Product Delivery
▸Video files are typically delivered via Google Drive.
▸Upload setting instructions are shared with each client following project completion to maximize video quality.
